Appointments

Your initial visit

Under Medicare rules, you need a valid referral either from your General Practitioner or specialist in order to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Your appointment details will be confirmed with you via an appointment letter, along with SMS reminder 2 day prior to your consult. You will also be asked to provide payment details at the time of booking, although no fees will be charged until the day of your visit.

Depending on the nature and duration of your visit, you will be eligible for various Medicare rebates. Please ask our reception at the time of your booking for further details.

What to bring

Though your referring doctor may have already included some of your information and test results relevant to your visit, it is recommended you still bring the below information:

  • List of current medications and their doses
  • Blood tests, urine tests and other investigation results
  • Imaging results, including X rays, ultrasounds and scan reports
